Bear Group is a multi-specialist in electrical and industrial maintenance operating from Pori. We work nationwide and, if necessary, abroad.

We are a Finnish company that uses domestic labor. The professionals employed by our company have a high work ethic and desire to succeed in the field. All of our personnel are capable of working independently, taking initiative and responsibility for their work. We also have an extensive cooperation and subcontracting network. Our goal is to continuously improve operations and increase the size of operations so that we can always serve our customers better and more comprehensively.

We are very careful in recruiting and selecting subcontractors because we want to sell our customers something that we would buy ourselves. For us, quality and customer service, and thus customer satisfaction, are our number one priority. Active maintenance of the customer relationship even after implementation is important to us. We comply with contracts, laws, regulations, and other official requirements concluded with the customer. We also comply with electrical and mechanical industry standards in our operations.

The profitable growth of our business guarantees our customers a long-term partnership and the continuity and development of our operations.

We pay attention to environmental issues in our operations by sorting waste correctly and acting in accordance with the principles of the circular economy. At the customer's premises, we comply with the customer's requirements and strive to produce more from less raw material.

In occupational safety, our goal is 0 accidents. We keep the equipment in good condition, use appropriate protective equipment, and follow the laws and standards of the industry as well as our own work instructions. Neatness and order create the basis for efficient and safe operations.

A comprehensive, proactive approach saves the environment and ensures the scope of operations.
