Troy Knouse

Troy Knouse is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Engineering at Viaflex since July 2022, Troy has also held significant positions at Marmen Energy, including Maintenance, Facilities, Engineering Manager, and Engineer, from July 2013 to July 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Engineering Manager/Sr. Product Design Engineer at Shur Co/Rush Co, where the focus was on designing innovative automated products for the railroad and agricultural sectors. Additional roles encompassed Engineering Manager and Supervisor at Hutchinson Technology Inc. and Project Manager at Northwest Wisconsin Manufacturing Outreach Center. Troy holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
