Mônica Soares Kubiak

Mônica Soares Kubiak is an experienced professional in project management and data strategy, currently serving as Líder de Projetos de Hiperinteligência at Viaflow since September 2025. Previously, Mônica held key positions at SAUTER, including Head of Data, where leadership and strategic governance in complex data and AI solutions were central to responsibilities. Mônica has a strong background in agile methodologies, having implemented and promoted agile culture in various organizations, including frete.com and V4 Company. Mônica's career also includes roles in innovation analysis and talent acquisition at Agibank and Grupo RBS. Mônica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from ULBRA, completed in December 2022.
