Stephanie Laughlin began their career in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative for the Toronto International Film Festival. Stephanie then worked as a Writer and Communications Intern for Forget the Box, and as an Office Clerk for McGill University. In 2012, they began working as an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative for Freemark Apparel Brands. In 2013, they began working as a Moderator for ICUC. Finally, in 2018, they became a Team Lead for Viafoura, where they are responsible for managing a team of bilingual content moderators, planning work events, training new moderators, developing training materials, and answering client questions via Slack and email.
