Sofia Lahcini has over two decades of diverse professional experience, currently serving as Responsable Atencion Al Cliente at Catai Tours since March 2015, where responsibilities include providing customer service to travel agencies and optimizing workflow to achieve objectives. Previously, Sofia worked as a Supervisor at Grupo Transhotel from May 2005 to December 2014, delivering international support to travel agencies.
