Raul Garcia Martinez has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles within the technology and development sector. Raul served as the Director of Technology and Development at Viakable, where they oversaw the company's technological advancements. Raul Garcia Martinez earned their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering from ITESM Monterrey in 1987. Raul later pursued a Global MBA at Thunderbird School in Phoenix, completing it in 2003. In 2008, Raul obtained a Master's in Science Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas Austin/Cimav.
