Shawn O Neil

Shawn O'Neil is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Vialase since August 2022. Prior to this role, Shawn held the same position at Sight Sciences, Inc. from September 2017 to August 2022. Before that, Shawn had a long and successful career at Alcon, A Novartis Division, where Shawn held various roles such as Head of Sales and Marketing, Surgical Glaucoma, and Director of Sales Operations. Shawn is a Princeton University graduate with a degree in Economics.
