Neil Masterson

Neil Masterson currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Vialto Partners, beginning in April 2024. Prior to this role, Masterson was the Chief Executive Officer at OneWeb from November 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities included establishing and commercializing a satellite constellation to deliver high-speed internet globally. Masterson’s extensive experience at Thomson Reuters from 2000 to July 2020 included roles such as Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer, focusing on technology, content, and operational functions during significant organizational changes. Additional leadership positions held encompassed managing various financial units and regional businesses, with a strong emphasis on strategic transformation and performance improvement. Masterson began their career at KPMG and held financial roles at Whitbread Plc and Regent Inns PLC. Masterson holds a BA Hons in Geography from UCL.
