Alexa Ridolfi

Alexa Ridolfi is currently the Office Manager at Viam. Prior to their current position, they spent 10 months as the Workplace Manager at Viam, Inc. and 8 years at A Second Chance Designer Resale where they held various positions including Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, E-commerce Coordinator & Floor Manager. At A Second Chance, Alexa was responsible for managing several business, financial, and human resource functions which contribute to the day to day efficiency and viability of the company. This included ensuring all customer-facing sales and security personnel maintained a high level of customer service per company guidelines, overseeing all e-commerce operations including design, inventory and training, and assisting in the creation of job descriptions and the hiring for all job titles (management, sales, security, copywriter and photography). Alexa also facilitated new and maintain old relationships with customers, sellers, and other businesses. This involved developing and maintaining relationships with national and international buying sources, increasing inventory by 25%, building and managing social media presence and brand advertising across all channels, establishing a following of over 11,000 individuals, restructuring and optimizing store website to cut costs, improve customer experience, and increase sales to account for ⅓ of the yearly net, leading in the upgrade and implementation of two e-commerce platforms as business needs shifted (Magento followed by Shopify), designing and maintaining new branding across different channels, and developing direct relationships with manufacturers of branded goods to cut costs by up to 35%. Prior to their time at A Second Chance Designer Resale, Alexa spent less than a year as a Tax Accountant Intern at Anchin, Block & Anchin LLP.
