Emily Egan

Emily Egan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as Vice President of People at Viam since September 2021, Emily has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of People and Head of Talent. Prior experience includes advisory work at Untapped and a six-year tenure at MongoDB, where positions ranged from Campus Recruiter to Senior Manager of Campus & Recruiting Programs. Earlier in the career, Emily contributed to Yahoo as a Talent Acquisition Programs Analyst and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, managing key initiatives such as the Employee Referral Program and social media efforts for recruitment. Emily began the professional journey as a Sales Associate at Signpost and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Spanish from the University of Delaware.
