Daniela Zapata

Daniela Zapata has a diverse work experience starting from 2011 to 2023. Daniela began as an Asesor de soporte técnico at emtelco, providing technical support for various services. Daniela then moved on to roles at Capital Empresarial, where they worked as an Auxiliar de Negocio and later as an Analyst CMMI. Daniela then transitioned to Choucair Testing S.A. as an Analista de pruebas, primarily focusing on software testing. Most recently, they worked at Viamericas Corporation as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst and later as a SCRUM MASTER/QA Lead. Throughout their career, Daniela has demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, software testing, process analysis, and project management.

Daniela Zapata completed their diploma in cybersecurity from Católica del Norte Fundación Universitaria in the field of Computer Science from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned their degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Antioquia, specializing in Software Engineering, which they completed from 2007 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications as an ISTQB Certified tester, Foundation level from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2015 and as a Scrum master from SEONTI - USA, Colombia, China, Mexico.
