Lily Tucker-Ha

Lily Tucker-Ha has a diverse range of work experience in project management and agile methodologies. Lily started their career as a Team Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where they led sales and beauty teams. Lily then worked as a Problem Resolution Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, and IT Project Manager within the Commercial and Marketing Solution Delivery team, managing small and medium projects. Lily then joined Sports Direct Int. as an IT Project Manager, collaborating with various teams and overseeing the delivery of bespoke applications. At npower, they held the roles of Delivery Consultant (Project Manager) and Delivery Consultant (Scrum Master), where they successfully led Scrum teams and achieved significant cost reductions. Currently, Lily works as a Scrum Master at Vianet Group PLC.

Lily Tucker-Ha completed their education at Teesside University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from 2004 to 2007. Lily continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Management from 2007 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained various certifications including Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scrum.org in February 2019, APM Project Management Qualification from the Association for Project Management in November 2016, PRINCE2 Practitioner from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in June 2014, BCS ISEB Practice Certificate in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in April 2013, BCS ISEB Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in February 2013, and ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in November 2012.
