Michelle Staniforth

Michelle joined Vianet in October 2009 in a interim HR role covering maternity leave and she hasn’t looked back since, progressing to the Executive Team as Head of People & Development in July 2019.

Michelle began her HR career within the dairy industry spending many years with Express Dairies before expanding her sector experience with Austin Reed, Polar Motors and the Helphire Group, where she held various senior HR roles.

Life outside of work revolves around supporting her family, walking her dog and a not so secret crush on Gary Barlow!
