Dave Sincich

Dave Sincich has more than 30 years of work experience. Dave started their career at Sony Pictures Entertainment as a Senior Financial Analyst from 1990 to 1994. Dave then worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at CareLine, Inc. in 1994 and as a Business Planner at Taco Bell (PepsiCo, Inc.) in 1995. From 1996 to 2000, they worked as a Manager of Finance & Strategy at Orange Container, where they implemented a strategic plan to manage market downturns and improved the company's computer network.

In 2000, Dave joined StoneCreek Capital as a Vice President, assisting in the merger of Food Handler and Microflex. Dave was responsible for replacing CFOs of portfolio companies. Dave worked at StoneCreek Capital until 2007.

Afterwards, Dave joined First Q Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund, in 2007 as an Associate and was later promoted to Investment Research Analyst. At First Q Capital, they researched and developed investment theses on various industries and conducted in-depth due diligence.

Since 2008, Dave has been with Viant Inc., initially as Director of Corporate Finance and later promoted to Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance & Accounting. In this role, they report to executive management, supports high-level performance initiatives, and plays an integral role in potential corporate transactions such as acquisitions, capital raising, and IPO.

Dave Sincich is a CFA Level III Candidate. Dave holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance/Business Administration from San Diego State University.
