Vivian Yang

Vivian Yang is the current director at Viant Technology Inc. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Legal Officer at The Trade Desk, Inc. from August 2016 to July 2020. Yang has also held positions as the Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at RealD, Senior Vice President & General Counsel at CityGrid Media, Senior Counsel at Sony Pictures Entertainment, SVP of Business Affairs, Finance & Operations - Global Media Group at Time Warner, and Vice President & General Counsel at eCompanies Wireless. Vivian began their career in 1989 as a Supervising Senior Accountant, Audit (CPA) at KPMG before becoming an Associate at Blanc Williams Johnston & Kronstadt in 1998 and Latham & Watkins in 1995.

Vivian Yang attended Penn State University and majored in accounting, then went on to Georgetown University Law Center to earn their JD.
