Lau Ardelean

Lau Ardelean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience design, currently serving as the Director of User Experience at ViaPath Technologies since September 2017, where leadership includes a team of over 10 professionals focused on end-user advocacy. Lau has held various key roles in the UX field, including UX Lead at Telmate, Head of UX at AltX, and Co-Founder & Creative Lead at Cognetik, contributing to significant projects in the corrections and alternative investment industries. Additional creative pursuits include founding Polyester Air and Mine is Fine, dedicated to generative art and design. Lau's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Animation from the College for Creative Studies.
