Ned K.

Ned K. is an experienced NetOps Technician, currently serving in a Tier IV capacity at ViaPath Technologies since January 2022, following a similar role at GTL from September 2011 to January 2022. Ned's career commenced at Juniata College as a PC Technician and Lab and Help Desk Assistant from 1998 to 2003. Additional experience includes roles at DSI ITI LLC as a Support Technician, Digital Solutions, Inc. as a Support Technician, and IBM Global Services as a Deskside Support Technician. Further expertise includes serving as a Systems Administrator at Defender Technologies Group, LLC, and a Data Network Technician at Ontario Telephone Company. Ned is pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science at Juniata College, expected to graduate in May 2027, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Juniata College.
