Chen-Pong Lam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Chen-Pong started their career in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative at Svenska Dagbladet and later became a Customer Ombudsman at the same company. In 2011, they joined MTG TV as a TV-Planner and then transitioned to the role of Senior Planning Strategist/BI Developer, where they analyzed advertisement sales and inventory, directed campaign management, and implemented business intelligence solutions. In 2015, Chen-Pong Lam joined GroupM as a Business Intelligence Manager & Developer, where they developed and managed BI solutions for both internal and external clients. In 2017, they became the Head of Sales Planning at Viaplay Group, leading a team and transforming the department through automation. Chen-Pong then scaled up to Head of Nordic Business Tech, Ad Sales, where they formed a pan-Nordic ad planning organization. Overall, Chen-Pong Lam has demonstrated expertise in sales planning, business intelligence, and ad sales.

Chen-Pong Lam earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in the field of Degree Programme in Media Technology from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, Chen-Pong Lam attended Norra Reals Gymnasium from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued the Natural Science Programme with a focus on Math & IT.
