Katarina Palm

Katarina Palm is an experienced engineering manager currently at Viaplay Group since June 2022, leading a team of designers and developers in an autonomous mission team, focusing on team structure and individual coaching. Previously, Katarina served as Group Manager IT Online at 3 Sverige, where a new team of over 20 was developed to enhance in-house site functionality through agile cross-functional teams. At Com Hem AB, responsibilities included heading the service delivery group for both B2B and overall customer services, as well as managing priority projects. Prior roles at Enghouse Interactive Northern Europe involved leading support engineering teams and managing the training department, while earlier positions included implementation and technical training at Trio and operational management at Östgöta Nation. Katarina holds a Master's degree in Computational Linguistics from Uppsala University and studied at the University of Sussex.
