Mikael Olsson

Mikael Olsson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mikael started their career as a co-founder and project manager at Volfram from 1999 to 2002. Mikael then held various positions at Viasat A/S, including Operations Manager, Head of Customer Retention and New Products, and Head of Business Development and Content, from 2005 to 2017. Subsequently, they worked at MTG TV AS as VP of Business Development and Distribution Strategy from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they served as VP of Distribution Strategy and Business Development at Viaplay Group. Mikael then joined Nordic Entertainment Group in 2019, where they served as VP of Business Development until May 2022. Mikael also held the role of Senior Vice President of Business Development at Viaplay Group starting in October 2019.

Mikael Olsson completed their high school education at the American International School of Zürich from 1991 to 1997. Mikael then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Economics and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, graduating in 2003.
