Osh Wijemanne

Osh Wijemanne has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Osh currently serves as the Head of Group Compliance at Viaplay Group, where they oversee the organization's global compliance efforts. Prior to this, Osh worked as a Consultant at KPMG Sweden, providing compliance risk management services to clients. Osh also worked as an Independent Consultant, offering corporate compliance advisory services to various clients. In addition, Osh has experience as a Senior Legal Counsel at Elevate Services and as a Legal Counsel at Hudson Investment Group Ltd. Before embarking on their career in compliance, Osh held legal and compliance roles at Bank of America, MinterEllison, and Sydney Immigration Lawyers.

Osh Wijemanne has a Juris Doctor (JD) in Law from the University of Sydney. They also hold a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Business Law from Lund University. Additionally, Osh has completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP) in Law from The College of Law Australia. Prior to their postgraduate studies, Osh obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science from Francis Marion University. They are also certified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia, which they obtained in 2016.
