Peter Hegan

Peter Hegan is an experienced professional with a strong background in business systems operations and client management. Currently serving as the Business Systems Operations Manager at Viaplay Group since June 2018, Peter previously held the same title at MTG UK Ltd from June 2011 to June 2018, and worked as an Implementation Services Consultant at Pilat Media from July 2007 to June 2011. With expertise in configuring IBMS, project management, and delivering comprehensive training, Peter has established a reputation for excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Peter has also contributed to client workflows and technology adoption, keeping informed about industry trends such as VOD and IPTV.
