Simon Nyberg

Simon Nyberg has extensive work experience in the tech industry. Simon began their career as a Testing Assistant at SCAN COIN Industries AB in 2007, where they worked on testing a new product. Simon then took on a role as a Developer at LBM Elektronik, where they were responsible for PHP development. In 2009, Simon joined Consid AB as a Consultant, and they worked there until 2014. During their time at Consid AB, they gained valuable experience in consulting roles.

In 2014, Simon joined Viaplay Group, where they held several positions over the years. Simon started as a Software Engineer, focusing on backend development using Node.js and AWS technologies. Simon then transitioned to an iOS Engineer role, where they developed and maintained Viaplay's iOS and AppleTV apps. Simon eventually progressed to the position of Senior Apple Platforms Engineer, and later became the Principal iOS Engineer. Throughout their time at Viaplay Group, they worked in agile teams and utilized technologies such as Objective-C, Swift, fastlane, Jenkins, and RealmDB.

Simon Nyberg obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jönköping University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Simon previously attended Sallius gymnasiet from 2003 to 2006, but no specific degree or field of study is available for that period. Simon also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the ScrumMaster Alliance, obtained in April 2011.
