Roja Rani Ganapathi is a seasoned Human Resource professional with experience spanning over five years. Currently serving as a Human Resource Senior Associate at ViaPlus since December 2018, Roja has been instrumental in the successful launch and implementation of the Keka HRMS Tool, while also managing employee records and ensuring timely updates. Prior to this role, Roja worked as a Human Resources Associate at SureIT Solutions, Inc., and began their career as a Trainee Recruiter.
