Dietmar Eglhofer

Dietmar Eglhofer has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources. Dietmar is currently the CEO and Co-founder of VIARES since March 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at VERKEHRSBUERO from June 2021 to September 2022. Dietmar also served as the Head of Human Resources & Technical Support at the Austrian Federal Computing Centre from April 2017 to March 2018.

In their previous roles, Dietmar Eglhofer held multiple positions at Quintiles, starting as the Region Senior Director Human Resources, Eastern Europe & Middle East from March 2007 to January 2013. Dietmar then advanced to the role of Region Vice President Human Resources for Europe, Middle East & Africa from February 2013 to February 2016. Later, they became the Global Vice President Human Resources, Strategy & Programs from February 2016 to March 2017. Additionally, they took on the responsibility of Country Manager Austria from January 2010 to March 2017.

Before joining Quintiles, Dietmar Eglhofer gained experience at Hewlett-Packard as the Region HR Manager for European Emerging Markets from April 2002 to October 2005. Prior to this, they worked as the Region HR Program & Strategy Manager for Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East from October 2005 to February 2007. Dietmar also worked at NCR as a Region HR Consultant, focusing on Austria and Eastern Europe, from November 2000 to March 2002.

Lastly, Dietmar Eglhofer started their career at Kraft Foods International as the Region Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist for Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa from October 1998 to October 2000. Dietmar then joined IBM as the Country Processleader Total Compensation from February 1997 to October 1998.
