Andrew Kern is currently an Employee Engagement Specialist at Viasat. Andrew was previously a Senior HR Consultant & I/O Psychologist at CPS HR Consulting from January 2015 to July 2020. Furthermore, they established long-lasting client relationships through the delivery of exemplary customer service and hands-on partnership throughout the project lifespan. Lastly, they developed and maintained strong working relationships with external vendors to continuously evaluate opportunities for organizational growth in terms of revenue, client deliverables, and internal talent development.
Andrew Kern received a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University. Andrew also holds a B.S. in Psychology, Sociology, and Management from the University of Southern Indiana. Andrew is currently a Ph.D. student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Central Michigan University.
