Jonathan Tringham

Jonathan Tringham is a seasoned professional in problem management and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Problem Management Systems Engineer at Viasat since January 2024. Previously, Jonathan worked at Inmarsat from June 2018 to December 2023, holding roles as Network Operations Center Controller and Global Technical Support Consultant, where responsibilities included troubleshooting satellite connectivity issues. Jonathan's career also includes a role as Network Operations Center Analyst at Advanced, focusing on IT system monitoring and issue resolution, as well as extensive experience in education as an English Language Teacher in Japan and with EF English First. Jonathan's early career involved serving as a Correspondence Officer at the UK Department of Health, where record standards in correspondence management were achieved. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours degree in Human Geography from the University of Westminster and has completed a study abroad program at the University of Miami.
