Kate McLoughlin is a highly experienced engineering professional with extensive expertise in design verification and engineering roles across multiple prestigious companies. Currently serving as Design Verification Lead at ViaSat Inc. since May 2015, Kate's career includes significant positions such as Verification Engineer at Cognitive Electronics, Consulting Engineer at Avaya, and Principal Engineer at Nortel Networks, where responsibilities included design verification prime. Additionally, Kate has held key roles at BayNetworks and Data General, with early experience as an Electrical Engineer at Raytheon. Kate holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
