Michael Liguori

Michael Liguori, PfMP, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within both military and nonprofit sectors. As the Founder and President of Bar Raisers Nonprofit since January 2025, Liguori focuses on providing mental health support to active-duty service members and veterans. Previously, as Head of Maritime & Space Development at Viasat Inc., Liguori spearheaded technological advancements in support of military operations. With a strong background in management and operations from the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity, Liguori directed a large and diverse workforce while overseeing significant financial portfolios. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, supplemented by multiple project and program management certifications.
