Shaffath Hussain Shakir

Shaffath Hussain Shakir has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Principal Technical Lead at Viasat Inc. since March 2016, and previously held the position of Senior Technical Lead. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Specialist at CDOT Alcatel Lucent Research Centre from June 2006 to December 2014, where responsibilities involved designing and writing MAC specifications to meet customer requirements. Earlier, Shaffath worked at Mahindra Satyam from August 2004 to June 2006 as a Software Associate and was involved in the development of the "InfoGuard" product for network packet scanning. Shaffath earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Bharathiar University between 2000 and 2004, and attended Sri Vijay Vidhayala Matriculation School in Dharmapuri from 1990 to 2000.
