Sachin Gupta

Sachin Gupta is the current Secretary & Treasurer at Viatec. Prior to their current position, Sachin was the Manager of GTI at Facebook. Sachin was responsible for leading GTI team in enabling Facebook achieve the planned growth. Sachin set the vision, mission and strategy for GTI with industry leading practice for data driven decision making in the domain of Talent Management. Sachin also initiated ML service within the team. Models are able to deliver top 100 units out of a couple million units within minutes and with 76% accuracy. Sachin also enabled micro services and self-service platform for scale. Sachin Gupta was at Facebook for 1 year 10 months.

Prior to Facebook, Sachin was the Director of Financial Data and Analytics at Robert Half. Sachin was responsible for leading the Analytics team through one of the largest Workday FIN implementation. Sachin also drove data driven decision making for RHI to navigate the unprecedented pandemic successfully. Furthermore, they supported CEO, CFO and company executives through month/qtr/year end processes, annual planning and implanting financial controls. Sachin Gupta was at Robert Half for 7 months.

Sachin Gupta’s previous company was Workday where they spent 2 years 8 months. Sachin'stitles included Senior Manager of Workday Prism Analytics Platform, Sr.Manager IT of Workday Analytics, and Director of Financial Data and Analytics. Sachin'sresponsibilities included leading the Analytics strategy at Workday to be the first customer on our own analytical products, driving the vision and strategy for Enterprise Analytics for Workday, delivering a successful implementation of Enterprise Analytics Platform with Workday Prism as the key enabling technology, and influencing Prism product roadmap based on feedback from our business stakeholders and industry knowledge in the space of analytics. Sachin Gupta achieved many accomplishments while at Workday such as being a presenter at Workday Rising for 3 consecutive years on the implementation of Prism Analytics, delivering the enterprise data platform on Prism to fast-track value extraction from innovation and insight delivery across the enterprise (HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Services, Support, Product Engineering, Community etc.), partnering successfully with Prism product team to roll out Prism for Workday HCM, Finance and Services use cases, building a strong team of exceptional talent to deliver best in class analytics solutions for CHRO, CFO, SMT and various other personas like HRBP, People Manager etc., and partnering with our Sales and Product Marketing team to evangelize our solutions at various events like New York RUG, Rising, CVCs etc.

Sachin Gupta received a chemical engineering degree from Pune University in 1998 and attended Model English School from 1982 to 1991.
