Ted Barron

Ted Barron has over 35 years of work experience. Ted began their career in 1986 as a Manager Fleet Engineering and Technical Support for Alabama Power Company. In this role, they were responsible for providing safe, reliable, and cost-effective equipment. Ted then moved to Southern Company in 2015 as a Supply Chain Supervisor Supplier Relations/Investment Recovery APC. From 2017 to 2021, Ted worked at TEREX UTILITIES, INC. as a Strategic Sales Manager and Vertical Market Manager. Most recently, they have been the President of Barron Consulting since 2021.

Ted Barron attended Troy University from 1981 to 1983, studying Pre-Engineering. Ted then transferred to Auburn University from 1983 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Ted also holds a certification in Fluid Power.
