Cheng Xuan Lim

Cheng Xuan Lim is an experienced professional in the fields of construction and engineering, currently serving as Studio Lead at VIATechnik since October 2018, where responsibilities include driving the Studio’s strategy and identifying opportunities for process improvements within the VDC project lifecycle. Previous roles at VIATechnik include Senior VDC Manager and VDC Manager, with notable achievements in leading BIM coordination for large-scale mixed-use projects. Prior experience includes project management at MC Dean Inc., where Cheng managed multimillion-dollar infrastructure contracts, and early career roles such as Associate Design Engineer and Project Management Intern. Cheng holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
