Flora Liu

Flora Liu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and construction. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Merlin Entertainments since August 2023, Flora leads capital development initiatives at LEGOLAND California, focusing on delivering strategic plans that enhance guest experiences. Since February 2016, Flora has also held the role of Construction Project Director at VIATechnik, LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing project management to ensure client satisfaction and implementing innovative Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) practices. Flora's background includes serving as a Project Engineer for Apple Park and positions at CA VENTURES, Shanghai University, and Shanghai Construction Group, with degrees in Construction Management and Construction Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Shanghai University, respectively.
