Andrew Enrietti

Andrew Enrietti is currently the CHRO at Viatris. Prior to this, they were with Mylan for four years from 2016 to 2020, where they were Head of Global Total Rewards. In this role, they were responsible for the Global Total Rewards COE, which included over 33,000 employees in over 50 countries. This also included executive compensation, global compensation, equity compensation, benefits, mobility, and M&A. Andrew was also responsible for HR M&A activity, which included diligence, negotiations and integration.
