Doretta Mistras

Theodora "Doretta" Mistras is the Chief Financial Officer of Viatris. She began serving in the role in March 2024.

Doretta is an accomplished financial executive with deep healthcare industry knowledge and experience. Her career includes nearly two decades of leadership, advisory and capital markets experience helping guide corporate boards and executive teams on matters affecting corporate strategy, including business development, financial planning, corporate finance and investor relations. Over the course of her career, Doretta advised on transactions totaling over $240 billion in aggregate value.

Prior to joining Viatris, she was Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking, at Citigroup Global Markets and previously was Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking, at Goldman Sachs.

Doretta earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in international studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the Wharton School, both in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

She is a member of the Leadership 100 board of trustees and the National Hellenic Society board of directors.
