Eric Hein

Eric Hein is a seasoned professional in HR reporting and analytics, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Viatris since August 2020. In this role, Eric leads data-driven initiatives for the People Insights team, focusing on global job architecture, pay scale development, and strategic financial reviews. Eric ensures the seamless integration of M&A data, optimizes ETL processes, and provides crucial insights to compensation teams. Prior to Viatris, Eric held roles including Analyst and Web Developer at Chameleon. Eric holds a Master’s of Science in Analytics from the Villanova School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
