Lance Molnar

Lance Molnar currently serves as the Head of Nonclinical Operations and Risk Assessment at Viatris, a position held since February 2011, following a role as Senior Director of Global Pharmacology & Toxicology. Prior to this, Lance held the title of Senior Director at Mylan for a brief period in February 2011 and was the Director of Research and Development at Eye Marker Systems from August 2001 to February 2011, where significant contributions included identifying potential biomarkers and developing data analysis algorithms. Educational credentials include a PhD in Pharmacology & Toxicology from West Virginia University School of Medicine and dual BA degrees in Chemistry and Biology from West Virginia University. Previous research experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Florida focusing on electrophysiological techniques and a PRAT fellowship at the National Institutes of Health, which involved studying signaling pathways in the basal ganglia.
