Özlem Tetik serves as the Head of Customer Experience and Digital Transformation at Viatris since November 2020, where responsibilities include leading customer engagement and omnichannel teams, managing PnL for OTC and Tailend products, and spearheading digital transformation initiatives. Previously, Özlem held several roles at Pfizer from June 2012 to November 2020, including Sr. Customer and Marketing Manager in Switzerland, where digital promotion for the Ophthalmology portfolio was launched, and Sr. Commercial Manager for Slovakia and Cluster 1. Additional roles at Pfizer focused on digital marketing and customer experience across multiple markets. Özlem's earlier experience includes leadership within Boğaziçi University Sports Committee as President of the Executive Board. Özlem holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
