Priscilla Johnson

Priscilla Johnson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in operations counsel and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Operations Counsel for North America at Viatris since November 2020, Priscilla previously held the role of Operations Counsel for North America at Mylan from January 2017 to November 2020, providing legal counsel in the U.S. Prior to that, Priscilla worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Philips Healthcare/Respironics from January 2002 to December 2015, where responsibilities included advising on acquisitions and asset dispositions within a global health technology context. Additionally, Priscilla was an Attorney/Partner at Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP from August 1994 to January 2002, focusing on a variety of corporate legal matters including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance.
