Thomas Jenkins

Thomas Jenkins currently serves as the Head of Global IP Litigation at Viatris, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Thomas held the title of Vice President Assistant Global General Counsel Patent Litigation at Mylan from August 2014 to November 2020. Thomas has extensive legal experience as a Partner at Mayer Brown from March 2011 to July 2014 and at Howrey LLP from December 2001 to March 2011. Educationally, Thomas Jenkins graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2000.
