Frank Mamani

Frank Mamani is a seasoned Solution Product Manager at VIAVI Solutions since May 2014, with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. As part of the CTO office, Frank collaborates across various business units to develop RAN and CORE solutions, focusing on emerging technologies such as 5G and ORAN, leveraging AI/ML for automated workflows. Frank's roles have included serving as a Solution Consultant and Senior RF Consultant, providing technical leadership and support in the LATAM region, and coordinating activities related to the AriesoGEO platform. Previous professional experience encompasses positions at prominent companies such as Arieso, Nokia, Claro Guatemala, Millicom, Huawei Latinoamérica, and Nextel del Perú S.A., where Frank has led network optimization and deployment projects. Frank holds an Engineer's degree in Electronics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and additional qualifications in Telecommunications Engineering and Product Management.
