Rick Hostetter

Rick Hostetter has over 30 years of experience in the telecom industry, currently serving as the NPI Operations Program Manager at VIAVI Solutions since August 2005. In this role, Rick manages new product introductions, overseeing the process from concept to volume production. Prior to this position, Rick worked as a Production Manager at VIAVI Solutions from February 1993 to 2005, where responsibilities included production management, capacity planning, production metric reporting, employee development, and customer order fulfillment. Rick's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University and an Associate of Arts in Specialized Technology from the Electronic Institute.
