Brian Diehl

Brian Diehl has over 24 years of experience in the technology industry. Brian began their career at GE Plastics (now SABIC) in 1995 as a Co-op Manufacturing Engineer, followed by a Co-op Vehicle Engineer role at Hughes Space and Communications in 1996. In 1997, they joined Ingersoll Rand as an IT Manager in the Office of CIO. Brian then became IT Director for Construction Technologies, and later for Construction Technologies, EMEA Region. In 2007, they moved to Doosan Infracore as IT Director for Innovation & Channel Technology, and later for Doosan Construction Equipment, EMEA Region. In 2014, they joined SAP Customer Experience as Vice President of CX Industries, and later held Vice President roles for B2B, Manufacturing, Energy, Automotive, and High Tech Industries, as well as Global Lead for B2B, Manufacturing, and Energy Industries. In 2020, they became Vice President of Strategy, B2B at Mirakl, and also took on roles as a Principal Consultant and Client Work CX Strategy & Execution for the Agriculture Industry as an Independent Consultant. Brian is currently serving as Vice President of Industry Strategy & Partnerships at viax.io.

Brian Diehl obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, which they completed in 1996. Additionally, in December 2021, they obtained a certification from ThePowerMBA called TPMBA GLOBAL.
