Koen Venken

Koen Venken is a Professor at Universiteit Gent with a focus on Translational Immunology and Rheumatology. In addition to their academic role, Koen also works as a Sr. Staff Scientist at VIB and has experience in project management, supervision of students, authoring scientific articles, and expertise in various scientific techniques. Prior to their current roles, Koen served as a Postdoctoral fellow at Research Foundation Flanders and completed their PhD at Hasselt University.
