Jennifer Newbury, MBA, MSA has a diverse work experience in various roles within the banking and credit union industry. Jennifer started their career in 2011 as a Program Manager at Community Living Options. In 2013, they joined Advia Credit Union as a Regional Director and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the AVP Sales at Gulf Winds Credit Union. In 2018, Jennifer joined Bank of America as a Financial Center Manager. Currently, they are employed at Vibe Credit Union, where they initially started as the Director of Talent and Training in 2019 and has now been promoted to Chief Talent Officer in February 2023.

Jennifer Newbury, MBA, MSA, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology and Sociology from Western Michigan University between 2002 and 2006. Jennifer then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Management from Western Michigan University from 2010 to 2013.
