Vaughan started their career as a Computer Support Technician at Amdahl Corporation in 1995, working on large-scale computer systems. In 1999, they joined Ericsson Telecommunications as a Server Engineer, where they contributed to the development of intelligent technologies. In 2001, Vaughan founded Vibe.fyi, a company that revolutionizes workplace communication by delivering digital content to employees through various platforms. This experience showcases their expertise in IT, telecommunications, and leadership roles.

Vaughan Reed obtained a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer degree from the Microsoft Certification Provider in 1995. In 1996, they also achieved a Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet certifications from the same educational institution.
