Asha Sasidharan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Manager at Vibe Media Group since September 2021, Asha partners with business leaders to align global people strategy with business objectives. Prior to this, Asha held the position of Assistant Manager, Compensation & Strategy at Hamad Medical Corporation, contributing to compensation strategy design and HR automation projects. Asha's career also includes significant roles at SMEET (W.L.L) as Assistant Manager of Human Resources, where leadership of a team focused on effective HR service delivery occurred, and various HR positions in companies like AlDar Properties and STARLINK. Asha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Calicut.
