Amanda Collins

Amanda Collins, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Amanda began their career at BMO Harris Bank in 2009 as a Service Representative III and then moved to BMO Financial Group as a Senior Service Representative, specializing in loan bookings. In 2012, they joined Textura Corporation as an Administration Coordinator and later progressed to become the Manager of Employee Administration and Manager of Talent Acquisition. Amanda'sexpertise in talent acquisition led their to Vibes in 2016, where they assumed the role of Manager, Talent & Development. Amanda quickly rose through the ranks and held subsequent positions as Senior Manager and currently serves as the Director of Talent & Development. Amanda has acquired valuable skills and certifications, including PHR and SHRM-CP, enhancing their capabilities in talent management and development.

Amanda Collins, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, at Illinois State University from 2004 to 2008.
