Marcia Consani

Marcia Consani is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a Business Partner Sr. and Especialista de RH at Vibra since July 2021. Marcia is responsible for managing the executive Career and Succession Program, overseeing assessments, validations, and the execution of People Committees, while also directing individual development actions for successors. Previously, Marcia held roles at BR Distribuidora focusing on training and development, and at Oi, where involvement included the development and implementation of Performance Evaluation Programs and leadership training initiatives. Marcia holds an MBA in Human Resources from FGV and is pursuing an MBA in Management at IAG - PUC-Rio, complementing a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Candido Mendes.
